ATI Expert 2000 is a decent card, 32 mb, has on board DVD (Standard for all ATI cards) and all for around $45, the only downside is the AGP x2. You can pick one up at www.lsmicro.com I'm running one in 7.1, works great.
You can also pick up the Radeon 7200, 64 MB of ram, DVD of course, and x4 AGP for around $80 from the same place.
