        Please click on the link on that page that says "Public NTP
Secondary (stratum 2) Time Servers" and use one of those.  Most
Stratum 1 servers prefer that only Stratum 2 SERVERS sync to them.
Some have open policies, others do not.  We don't want to overload
the stratum 1 public servers with individual workstations, open policy
or not.
