Try 'rpm -q webmin', or 'rpm -qa | grep webmin'. 
You can upgrade it with rpm -Fvh (or Uvh) webmin-0-93.i386.rpm 
(substituting the correct name for the new package file)
rpm -q webmin* will only find a package by that full name (including *)

Unless the author specifies removing the old package first, the Freshen, 
or Upgrade options to rpm should work fine.
