Sorry, I did this example as the superuser.

For example, system maintenance scripts already running as root may be
able to run some tasks as nobody (and no password needed).

No. A password would not be a good idea for that user. If you want some
dummy user that has a password then create another user for this. (A good
idea for building and running unknown source, for example, so it can't
compromise your own data.)
