Okay Newbie,

What printer config program are you running?

/dev/lp0 (in Windows Terms) is equivalent to LPT1
/dev/lp1 == LPT2
....

Is your printer connected to your computer (lpt1), or through the
network (IP address), or is there a print server (hostname).

more info will be needed.
