Mass System Imager for Red Hat

We have several Linux clusters that we want to upgrade from 6.2 to 7.2 using an image system like Ghost. We have tried System Imager but it hangs during imaging and we believe it is related to the P4 systems in the cluster. (The image was create from the same type of machine)   The System Imager boot disk was using kernel 2.2.18.   Does anyone know of any good utilities to do mass installs on P4 machines.   Thanks greatly, CC
