I use this stupidly simple bash script. I call it "rpmlist"
rpm -qa --qf '%-20.20{VENDOR} %30.30{BUILDHOST} :: %{NAME}-%{VERSION}.%{ARCH}\n' |
sort > /home/jb/rpm.lst
