The difference here is probably the blocks reserved for the superuser. I 
believe the default at filesystem creation time is 5%.

Can we see the output of the following commands?

'df'
'mount'
'ls -A /'

Did the install finish cleanly? I don't recall ever having see the 
install.img left hanging around after the system was installed.
