I know that a lot of people recommend PureFTP.  I installed it on a test
server and it was very easy to install and the documentation seemed to
be reasonably good too.  I think that my group is going to go the SSH
route (not that it's bullet proof or anything).

Note:  I have had problems with this page crashing Netscape.  It seems
to work OK in Opera and other broswers though.
