Advice: Reduce the size of the mailbox. Seriously... what the heck are you doing, keeping six months of back mail on the server? 300MB *is* about six months of mail for reasonable users. If you're getting that much mail in a short time, like a week, I'd say quit using POP3 and go to IMAP. -- Rodolfo J.
