You already have KDE installed? The mesage tells you that there are 
currently no newer (than those already installed) RPMs available for 
download from the Red Hat up2date server. The up2date server only 
contains files that Red Hat has released as updates to the distro, not 
necessarily the most recent available from the authors or maintainers.

To install the rpms you already downloaded, you should be able to do:
rpm -Fvh (or -Uvh) *.rpm from within the directory containing the 
downloaded files. As long as all required files are in that directory, 
rpm will work out the dependencies and install order.
