I ended up searching redhats bugzilla and finding a floppy image that was 
supposed to fix the problem.  For me it did not so I filed a bug report and 
am waiting to see if they resolve it.

The bug report I filed is:

The bug with the floppy image attached that is supposed to fix the problem is 
64720.  It might help you since your exact problem might have a different 
cause than mine.
