Hi:
I'm muddling my way through getting openssh installed on my 6.x box.
I managed to get as far as
installing the .src.rpm
editing openssh.spec and telling it this is a 6.x box
but when I run:
rpm -ba /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/openssh.spec
I get:
<snip>
checking whether OpenSSL's headers match the library... no
configure: error: Your OpenSSL headers do not match your library
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.65578 (%build)
RPM build errors:
Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.65578 (%build)
<end>
I have
openssh-3.2.3p1-1.src.rpm.1
openssl-devel-0.9.5a-7.6.x.i386.rpm
openssl-0.9.5a-7.6.x.i386.rpm
Don't know what library it's referring to or how to correct it.
