I nice way to use a remote administration tool is to use WEBMIN.
Webmin can be used via any browser with integrated java.
You can start/stop any services, edit quotas or anything else.
Avoid using telnet, itīs an insecure connection.
Use webmin with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for proper use.
