Boot with your RH CD as if you were installing RH. Click next until you are promted to create partitions, auto, druid, or fdisk. use fdisk to delete all partitions, it'll be all free space, write the table, go back to the previous menu and press CTRL-ALT-DEL to abort installation. Then boot with a Windows floppy, run fdisk /mbr (this is a different version of fdsik) and create the partitions you want.
