Hi,
I'm currently running 7.2 and have a problem
getting the console to display non-ascii characters properly.
I'm trying to get simple lines across the screen
using the octal character 304, which is basically a straight line. When using PowerTerm (the terminal program I'm using, also
worth noting that in PowerTerm, the term type is set to ansi) it appears
properly, but on the console itself, it doesnt. I instead get the character
"Ä". I've tried setting $TERM on the console to ansi, vt100,
etc.. but still no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
