I installed it using Rh 7.2 ext3 with out any problem. I m wondering why 7.3
gives such problem.

Have u checked formating drives with ext2 type rather than ext3 as ext3
seems to give some problems sometime.
I think u can try it.
for swap partition u can see in "top" command if it boots or /proc
