can't be done AFAIK....

My solution is to incorporate a script that tarrs up my /home/dallas 
(ext3) and dumps it onto /mnt/hdb1 (fat32).  that way when it 
(eventually) shuts down, i have access to a snapshot on whatevers 
important on my linux partition while in win2k. gzip it as well if 
you're low on disk space and high on cpu cycles (or are patient :)))

also note that when u open a tar(.gz) file with winzip of a ~ dir you'll 
get lots of errors with .konqueror and other various temporaryish files 
that are just a regular PITA.  the files/sockets have : in them.
