On Window$ system: - Firewire card: detected as Lucent / Agere systems FW322/FW323 - Bluescreen on accessing digicam (JVC DVP 5) -> Only reboot helps! Some other questions: - How can I get any information of a module (e.g. ieee.o: version, compile date, etc.)? - How can I make a newer ieee1394.o and or ohci1394.o without building a new kernel? Can I use Mr. Right's Modules for the same Kernel? Anybody has the modules for me? How can I get the PCI Firewirecard working? (is that a problem of the 'old' ohci1394, the one installed on RH? How can I only compile this driver module?)
