changing IP's

I have a RedHat 7.3 server set up just for CVS. I need to move it to another office and will have to change the IP's to do this. I do NOT have any GUI interface installed on this server and was wondering if anybody can help me by telling me all of the files that would have to be changed with the new IP address.
