I know of no way to run PhotoShop but maybe someone else does. The apps 
you're talking about are fairly resource intensive. WINE is able to run a 
fair amount of Windows apps, but I doubt it can handle those. Try checking 
out their webpage. Also try CodeWeaver's site as well. Most likely, though, 
you won't be able to satisfactorily run those apps.  Another alternative is 
Win4Lin which allows you to boot Windows 95 inside Linux as a virtual 
machine. I don't think they have a version for RH8 yet so you might have to 
drop back a version or two.
