There  isn't really much RHCE specific material out there thats free - the test itself is conducted under a confidentiality agreement and no doubt is constantly changing and being updated.    It isn't really like other exams in that studying isn't the best approach to passing it, rather practical hands on experience with redhat is what you need.
 
Find a computer you can play around with and try installing redhat in as many different ways as you can to gain experience with it, practice configuring network services, user accounts, permissions etc...
 
If you are comfortable administering redhat linux in a production environment then you probably already know everything you need.
