Oki's inherited runner story is strange.

Year  Inherited runners scoring/inherited runners

2007 4/28  = 14%
2008 13/25 = 52%
2009 6/37 = 16%
2010 8/22 = 36%

So, it's unfair to say that the he allows them to score all the time, or even 
frequently.
