I just don't see what's a big deal about a bat flip. How's that different than 
fist pumping, hands the air, screams of triumphant, etc. 
I don't care. On any side. If Arod flips a bat after a HR - great. He hit the 
home run.

I think this view of things like bat flips being 'poor showmanship', 'lack of 
respect' etc. is just silly. This is not T-Ball where "everyone is suppose to 
win"

And can we please get away from 'hitting people' is part of the game. If 
someone intentionally hits someone then eject them for several games and move 
on.
This tit for tat is in my opinion not part of the game. It's bitter and stupid. 
And certainly hitting someone because someone else hit a HR is equally stupid.
My opinion. I see no reason for having it in the game.
