I'm sorry.  I don't see that there is some sort of unique psychological
makeup for baseball players that enables a pat on the back from Dustin
Pedroia to make it all better and enable the person to hit.

The Sox are injured, Crawford is aging faster than expected.  I can't see
chemistry making that up.
