I feel like I've been in a bad dream since August. What happened here? We were in first place, a shoo-in for the playoffs, fighting for the division, with World Series dreams. Then the epic September collapse, Tito fired, the fried chicken club, Theo shot, John Henry calling into 98.5, Pap to Philly, and now... Bobby Valentine? Really? This isn't my team. Somebody wake me up.

I don't think this would have happened under Theo. I guess in coming months we'll see just how well Theo had kept Lucchino in check.
