Yes, enjoyable but I do think King is starting to equate quantity with quality.
This book is 840+ pages, and his previous, Under The Dome, was
1,000+....

Heard this was a great book.  On my Christmas list, …
along with a closer and a suitor for John Lackey.

I just
finished reading Stephen King's 11/22/63. I am going to ask George Amberson to
fix this also.

I feel
like I’ve been in a bad dream since August.  What happened
here?  We were in first place, a shoo-in for the playoffs, fighting for
the division, with World Series dreams.  Then the epic September collapse,
Tito fired, the fried chicken club, Theo shot, John Henry calling into 98.5,
Pap to Philly, and now… Bobby Valentine?  Really?  This
isn’t my team.  Somebody wake me up.

This entire process was sloppy from the get go, and the
fact that Lamont hadn't been notified first is unfortunate. I don't think this
would have happened under Theo.

I guess in coming months we'll see just how well Theo had
kept Lucchino in check.

Of course, the irony is that Theo has now established
himself as Larry Lucchino in Chicago with Jed Hoyer as his GM in name mostly.
