Live food culturing

Other than brine shrimp, which other live food can one raise oneself? eg Mysis, river shrimp etc etc etc. Also things like Green Water and so on.  I am in Greece now, where obtaining anything is difficult when it comes to marines and live food is nearly out. Peter
