I wouldnt try to build the backpack. It is much easier to build air stone
skimmers then it is to build venturi. look around on the web. i think there
are plans at www.ozreef.org if not maybe www.about.com has em. WIth airstone
models you can finely adjust the water flow/air flow and water level by using
varying lenght of PVC on the returns.
