Follow-up Comment #4, task #3178 (project admin):
I reuploaded the source code (http://lam.nexus.free.fr/tribes/tvcomp.zip).
Ruby scripts in the app folder now contains license information.
I kept unchanged, html/rhtml files, and the other folders, because they re
generated by the rails framework.
The gpl license is in the COPYING file in the root directory.
