My project is a website to manage competitions for a videogame. We will be
able to create a ladder, a tourney or a championship.
It may be the solution used for a game called tribes vengeance, a game that
me and a few friends are playing. Currently we re using a forum to register
teams and announce tourneys. So there's a need for my project. The amount of
users targetted is around 40 persons.
Technically, it's very simple project. We use the Rails framework(in the ruby
language), and a MySql database. We re at least 4 developpers(amateurs or
professional developpers, but no ruby coder, so it's a way to learn ruby).
The project would be going down because of our lack of organisation. Then I
had this idea to use gna, to bring us a centralized source/docs/information
repository and bug tracking abilities...

It's not complete, but quite advanced.(around 50% done)
