I can reproduce the bug when I am at revision r20707 after typing: $ svn up -r20707
But if I type: $ svn up to get to r20712, I no longer can reproduce the bug. So on my system, commit r20708 fixed the bug. To reproduce the bug each time, I downloaded the ini_setup_cluster.bz2 file attached to the bug report (https://gna.org/bugs/?21080), the dropbox tar file (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/101911/model_sel_analys.tar.gz) and followed the instructions step by step. Are you sure you haven't encountered another bug or not updated to r20712?
