Hi,

Could you modify the r2eff_calc.py to use the truncated data and then
create a git patch where you have added the file with 'git add'?  I
can see that the truncated data file
'peaks_list_max_standard_trunc.ser' has not been truncated yet.  From
the original paper and results, which residues do you think would be
best to work with?
