Hi,

The system test looks good.  For the URL, have a look at
http://epydoc.sourceforge.net/epytext.html for how to format the URL
for epydoc (see section 3.2).  This will result in proper links in the
API documentation (for example the minfx links at
http://www.nmr-relax.com/api/3.0/minfx-module.html).  You will
encounter some other issues, but you'll find these while running the
test.
