Update of bug #22131 (project relax):
Status: Need Info => Invalid
Assigned to: None => bugman
Open/Closed: Open => Closed
Release: 2.2.1 => 3.2.1

Follow-up Comment #3:
I have installed a Fedora 18 virtual machine and can confirm that there are no
minimise, maximise, or close buttons on a number of the relax windows,
including the relaxation dispersion model list window. However this is part
of the design of Gnome 3. If you right-click on the title bar, a menu appears
whereby all the options, including the closing of the window, are presented.
Therefore there is nothing to fix in relax.
