I wholeheartedly agree with Stephan here. As much as I would like Akonadi or KDE PIM 4 to see released together with KDE 4.0 I don't want the release of kdelibs be delayed by that. It really hurts us, that we don't have a stable library release (3rd party) application developers can use to port their applications and actually release stable versions of them.
