SATISFY is SATISFYing but it's quite inefficient. Remind has to repeatedly test candidates until it finds one for which the SATISFY expression evaluates to true. I tend to use it sparingly and make the rest of the reminder as specific as possible to limit the number of times the SATISFY expression has to be evaluated.
