Hmm, that's tricky.  I have to think about that.

Which part would be tricky? The complete body or splitting it into
two elements?

Either, really... it's not insurmountable, but just tedious. :)

I implemented this in the attached patch. We can make it optional, if you prefer, but I don't think it's needed. Would be great to see it applied.
