Testing some stuff on this thread, I started playing with trigger() and
got an unexpected error with the UTC parameter.

If I do either of these:

  REM [trigger(trig("Tue"), 4:30)] MSG test no i_utcflag
  REM [trigger(trig("Tue"), 4:30, 0)] MSG test i_utcflag=0

with no i_utcflag (or set to 0), everything is fine when I run

  $ rem -c

But if I set the i_utcflag to a nonzero value as documented in the
man-page:

  REM [trigger(trig("Tue"), 4:30, 1)] MSG test i_utcflag=1

running the `rem -c+` issues a bunch of

  `1989' is not recognized as a year (1990-5990) or a day number (1-31)

errors.

Is there something hinky happening under the hood that I misunderstand?
