I built your beta and banged against it, but didn't notice
any particular issues, my biggest area of poking would be
expression-evaluation inside the timezone, something like
REM Fri 3 AT 10:30am TZ [iif($Um==6, "America/Chicago", "Europe/Oslo")] \
MSG Pathological event at 10:30 Oslo time except in June
My testing suggests that it might Just Work(tm), but this is where I'd
expect to cut myself on sharp edges :-)
But it's a wonderful addition of some notably-missing functionality, so
many thanks for implementing it!
