It means the cable company has a leak and they need to fix it.  Channel 18
is in the 145.25 range for the audio channel.  Had this in the past with a
packet station...explained it to the Cable company and they fixed their
problem. It is not your problem...they are only licensed for a closed system
and maynot cause external interference and must accept any legal
interference such as you are causing.  You are only causing the problem
because their cable plant isn't up to spec.

My 2 meter link on my repeater is causing TVI. This happens only 
on cable ch 18 on Charter Cable here in Yakima, WA. Any one have 
any ideas? This is only on the houses, say with-in 1/2 mile.
