Had this problem with 146.64, the only way to cure it was to replace all of the cable in the house and the drop to the cable co tap with RG-11, and terminate all unused outlets in the house.It is still there slightly but perfectly watchable Chuck Kelsey wrote: Cable channel 18 is 145.25 video, 148.83 color and 149.75 audio.
