The uncoordinated aspect of this is irrelevant, since he never mentioned 
  status until it was brought up by mistake.
There is no reason to not coordinate these. We had 146.625 and 147.225 
here within 2 miles. There was intermod into the 147.225 rx, but the 
equipment was very early vintage Spectrum. Nuff said. Rather than fix 
it, it just went away.
Oh, and btw, listing repeater freqs as input/output has been the 
standard since the late 60's.
