Too much read between the lines...  I did not say they were technically incompetent.  I did not say that their stuff was crap.  I said, "It is impossible to get any real service assistance from them unless your name is associated with the serial number."  I also stated that they were not replying to my emails, and that they are not receiving them now because they started to bounce.  I no longer have a good email address for them.  Not being able to communicate with them, I cannot benefit from their $ervice.  Maybe I should have simply said that I had a bad customer service experience, and that it is still unresolved.  If the Hi-Pro repeater ever craters, the new one will be a MASTR II.   I could write more..  however..  Nuff said..   Steve ----- Original Message ----- From: russ To: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com Sent: Thursday, October 28, 2004 7:40 AM Subject: Re: [Repeater-Builder] maggiore's service It is not true!
