It is routinely done on paging simulcast systems via an rf or landline feed
but takes more hardware and effort than the average ham could afford or
support. It requires very high stable reference oscillators or even GPS
sync,time delays on the audio portion and careful planning for minimal
overlap.Even with all this,they sound funny,fuzzy and not the best quality.
As far as I know,digital latency would make simulcasting impossible via any
network connection making it impossible to keep the audio in phase.Better
results on ham bands using two different frequencies,low tech,low cost but
uses more bandspace.
