No one better, out local Cell Phone company took care of a customer service issue by telling them that they doubled the power of their phone in the computer system, and that should fix the reception issue.  Sad part was, the guy bought it, it did work better for a few days, not that propogation was good for those days, he had several of his neighbor's calling the cell phone company asking to have their's done as well.  That week, I do believe there was well over 15 phones that had the power doubled.  Boy was it sad when conditions went back to normal and the signals went back down.  My friend called the company to complain, he told the rep what had been done, and the rep told them that the engineering department found out about it and made them turn them all back down.  And to think, I sell phones for this company.  I think they call that a good line of BS. <smile>
