Yep, my little brother and I were stacking steel in Austin, TX one summer when the wind got up. The tower was grounded... but the guy-wire he was tensioning wasn't, it was insulated on both ends and knocked him about 10 foot when he reached up and grabbed the come-along... OUCH!!
