By using an interconnect with a security code that must be entered by the caller before they get connected: such as the Motorola MRTI. They are on the market cheep. I just picked up a spare MRTI-1000 on ebay for a dollar plus shipping. A little difficult to program but not unmanageable. Fred W5VAY
