The LBI document is on the RB site, there are two docs, one short one, and one really long one. (100 pages).
I just did one of these and could not get any of the jumpers/shunts to work with me to prevent it from muting the receiver. My station was a simplex remote. So I cheated and pulled a wire out of a plug in the receiver area so I could duplex it with a controller off the back plane plugs as others have mentioned. Those plugs will not give you every connection you need. You will need tx audio and vol squelch hi off one of the 4 plugs that the harness connects to the IDA controller.
