There are fuses behind the antenna port and the gen port on the monitor they are 1/16 of an amp pico fuses. Check them and see if there open. A good fuse will not read zero ohms on a ohm meter I normally see around 4-5 ohms a crossed a good fuse with a simpson 260.
BTW the BNC connector will use screw out of the face of the monitor fuse is inside of the connecter.
